After a full day of frustration with technical problems with my laptop, I finally contacted Designs Connexion. Steve from Designs Connexion asked all the pertinent questions and then suggested I meet him, even though it was after 5PM. He took my laptop and had it back in running condition the next day. I'm sure we all have experienced the the horrible feeling to be disconnected from our virtual office. It is so good to know that there is someone as competent as Steve to turn to who can get us back to work. He is my Go-to IT guy and I would highly recommend him!
